When will I get my order?
We know you would like your creations as soon as possible so you have plenty of time to send them out. We take around 2 days to create the proof. It takes about one business day to send them out once you approve the final proof.
If for some reason you need your order to happen the same day or expedited we can arrange for that. All you have to do is pay any extra shipping charge costs.

How do you submit photos?
You can submit your photo in a few different ways. If you have a digital photo you can email us. If you have a hard copy photograph you can send it to us. If you would like your photo back then just include
a self addressed envelope. We will scan the image and send the hard copy back to you in a timely manner. If you have any questions or concerns on how to email your photos, please feel free to email us and we will either
contact you by phone or return your email.

What if I find an error on my creation?
We allow as many errors as you want! That is until your creation is printed. We send you a proof to make unlimited changes on until you find the perfect combination.
We will not start the printing until you give us the final okay on that proof. If for any reason there is a mistake all you have to do is email the change to us.
We will make the change in a timely manner and send it back to you to approve. This process will last until it is perfectly the way you want it. If we on our end make a mistake please know
we will take care of it at no cost to you. If for some reason you make the mistake we will give you a chance to reorder it correctly at a discounted rate.

How do you ship your items?
Our shipping is sent priority mail for all announcements and invitations. We want to make sure that it reaches you fast and in perfect condition!
For our product line it will depend on who creates the product and their shipping policies. Please email us if you are needing your item expidited.
